Magnetic pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic drive and motor. The key component magnetic drive consists of outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor and non-permeable isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to make synchronous rotation to realize the contactless transmission of power and transform the dynamic seal into static seal. As the pump shaft, the inner magnetic rotor is completely closed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping, leaking" and eliminating the safety hazard of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump seal in the oil refining and chemical industry.
1. The isolation sleeve damage: magnetic coupling of the magnetic pump is cooled by the pump medium, if the medium has hard particles, it is easy to cause the isolation sleeve scratch or scratch through, sometimes if the maintenance method is not appropriate may also cause damage to the isolation sleeve.
2. The pump operating conditions fluctuate greatly and lead to problems: the axial force of the magnetic pump is automatically balanced by hydraulic equalization. In actual operation if the operating parameters fluctuate greatly, it is easy to destroy the hydraulic balance of the magnetic pump, so that the sliding bearing to bear large radial and axial forces and lead to bearing damage.
3. No medium or small flow of the transport medium: so that the bearing dry friction, burned bearings. Magnetic pump is lubricated and cooled by the delivery medium to the sliding bearing, in the case of no open inlet valve or outlet valve, the sliding bearing is damaged due to no delivery medium lubrication and cooling.
4. The pump due to cavitation: pump cavitation caused by the main reasons for the pump inlet pipe resistance, more gas phase of the transport medium, pump filling is not sufficient, the pump inlet energy head is not enough and other reasons. Cavitation is the most harmful to the pump, cavitation occurs when the pump vibrates violently, the hydraulic balance is seriously damaged, will lead to pump bearing, rotor or impeller damage. This is a common reason for the occurrence of magnetic pump failure.
