1.The magnetic centrifugal pump is not heavy, and suitable for small chemical equipment.

2.Improvement on Pump's Structure and Technology

(1) Magnetic centrifugal pump's operation is reliable for its double supporting structure of sliding bearings.

For double-cover plate, there are two covers in front of the body and at the back of the chemical magnetic centrifugal pump's body with a strengthen structure. This increase pump's torque and strengthen pump body's stability while transferring high temperature medium and ensure pump's safe operating.

(2) Isolation sleeve with high temperature resistance and pressure resistance.

(3) Coating of pump's shell and body's interior.

(4) Wearing parts are made of silicon carbide.

3. With our own technology of advanced hydraulic model, the brewing magnetic centrifugal pump's performance is increased (comparing others' hydraulic model, our pump's performance increases 2% to 3%.).

4. Isolated Sleeve is made of CF/PEEK (a special process carbon fiber filament reinforced polyether ether ketone isolation sleeve). After pressure test, the pressure resistance exceeds to 3Mpa.
