Its flow is small, but lift is large. To transfer high temperature medium, a shaft coupling is needed. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished impeller passage.

1.With our own technology of hydraulic model (this technology reaches an advanced world level), magnetic drive centrifugal pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %.

2.Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve, thrust bearing are pump's wearing parts.  While being made of tungsten carbide, pump can operate stably for a long time. There's no need to replace these components.

3.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability. With Hastelloy stretch forming, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance than those of welding.

4.The company's original technology Polyetheretherketone isolation sets with carbon fiber reinforced makes the chemical no leakage gear magnetic drive centrifugal pump without eddy current loss and achieves high efficiency.

5.Impeller's channel is polished and grinded, which could improve magnetic drive centrifugal pump's performance by 3% to 12 %. With this improvement, the cost of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps can be recovered within 2 - 3 years.
