A magnetic pump is a leak-free fluid conveying machine without a dynamic seal. It is mainly designed for the centrifugal pump in the vane pump. It is usually composed of the pump body, isolation sleeve, and connecting parts, which can withstand the pressure of the shielding sealing cavity. There is a rotating permanent magnetic field outside the ceiling cavity, which drives the magnetic rotor components inside the sealing cavity to rotate synchronously through the action of the magnetic field, and the rotor components inside the sealing cavity drive the impeller to work on the fluid. Because the shielding seal cavity composed of stator components has no dynamic seal, and the rotating shaft driving the impeller to do work does not pass through the shielding seal cavity, so as to ensure zero leakage and no pollution of the magnetic pump.

Stainless steel magnetic pump is a chemical process pump that uses the contemporary magnetic kinematics mechanism and a permanent magnet to keep the simple gearbox without touch. When the motor drives the total stroke rotation of the outer stator (i.e., the outer magnetic steel), according to the effect of the electric field, the magnetic field crosses the protective sleeve to drive the total stroke of the inner stator (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) and the wind wheel to rotate at the same time. The material is completely open in the protective sleeve moving at a uniform speed, and then exceeds the purpose of pumping the material without leakage. The shaft seal leakage of the gear drive pump is completely eliminated. It is a new type of sealed, leak-free, and green industrial pump.

Stainless steel magnetic pump is composed of pump, driver, and motor. The core component magnetic driver is composed of the external magnetic stator, internal magnetic stator, and non-magnetic protective sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic stator to rotate, the electric field can push the inner magnetic stator connected with the wind wheel to rotate simultaneously through the gas gap and non-magnetic organic matter, so as to maintain the non-contact transmission of energy and convert the dynamic seal into the static seal. Because the pump shaft and inner magnetic stator are completely opened by the pump shell and protective sleeve, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping and leakage" is completely eliminated, and the combustible, flammable, harmful, and hazardous substances in the ironmaking and petrochemical industry are removed. According to the safety risk of pump seal leakage, the health and production safety of employees is strongly ensured.
