Precautions for installation of chemical magnetic pump:

1. During installation, a firm horizontal ground shall be selected and kept stable. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump shall be equipped with ball valves for maintenance.

2. Try to avoid installing the machine outdoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it shall be covered with a protective cover. If it is equipped with an electronic controller, it shall be protected.

3. The magnetic pump shall be protected from direct sunlight to prevent material embrittlement.

4. Before piping, the chemical liquid used, temperature conditions and conveying head shall be considered, and different pipe fitting materials shall be selected to meet the actual requirements. For example, if the temperature is above 60 ℃, PP pipe fittings should be selected for installation.

5. When piping, it shall be noted that there shall be no impurities or debris left in the pipe, and the pipeline shall be cleaned with clean water if necessary.

6. Acid and alkali resistant gaskets shall be used at flange joints and shall be firmly locked. To prevent leakage and air suction into the corrosion-resistant chemical magnetic pump.

7. When the pump inlet and outlet are equipped with anti-shock materials, the anti-shock metal pipe must be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump, and the anti-shock material must be avoided.

8. If the height of conveying liquid exceeds 5m, a check valve must be installed at the outlet. Prevent damage caused by backpressure.

9. A pressure gauge can be installed on the outlet pipeline to detect the outlet pressure loss, and check the abnormal condition of the outlet at ordinary times to prevent the outlet from blocking, damaging the pump body, and causing danger by idling for a long time.

10. Avoid the pump sucking in sundries or siphoning. Please install a bottom valve.

11. The check valve shall be installed at the outlet of corrosion-resistant chemical magnetic pump about 0.5m high as far as possible. When installing a pressure gauge or safety discharge valve, T-joint shall be used as far as possible.

12. The piping shall be in accordance with the correct piping regulations, especially the diameter of the inlet pipeline shall not be reduced. For example, the pump inlet diameter is 3 ", and the inlet pipe must be a pipeline with a diameter of 3" or more.

13. After fitting the pipe, support the pipe properly to make it firm, and rotate the motor fan to confirm whether the motor can rotate freely.

14. Before connecting the power line, confirm whether the power supply used is consistent with the motor voltage wiring, and connect the overcurrent protection switch. For the wiring method, please refer to the wiring diagram in the junction box.

15. When used in dangerous chemical liquids, the pump should be covered with a protective cover in case.

16. Before starting the magnetic pump, fill it with liquid and check whether the inlet and outlet valves are open.

17. After installation, confirm whether the pipeline is firm to avoid deformation or vibration damage caused by liquid temperature.
