Overflow components are made of 304, 316, 316L, titanium etc. There is shaft coupling in the pump. For reparation, disassemble shaft coupling and there is no need to disassemble pipes or motor.

The stainless steel rotary magnetic drive pump has small flow capacity, but high lift. When flow changes, the pump's lift sustains. When transfer high temperature medium, there is no need for a cooling case. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished impeller passage.
1.With our own technology of hydraulic model, magnetic drive pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %.
2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate. Comparing to single-cover plate, this structure reduces the degree of pump body's deformation and make pump's operation safer.
3.Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve, thrust bearing are pump's wearing parts. While being made of tungsten carbide, pump can operate stably for a long time. There is no need to replace these components. Only few manufacturers will apply these settings.
4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability. With Hastelloy stretch forming, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance than those of welding.
5.The company's original technology PEEK isolation sets with carbon fiber reinforced makes the metal magnetic pump without eddy current loss and achieves the same efficiency as the mechanical seal pump.
6.Impeller's channel is polished and grinded. This improves pump's performance by 3% to 12 %.
