Fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump -- polytetrafluoroethylene propylene

Poly (perfluoroethylene propylene) (FEP, F46) is a modified variety of polytetrafluoroethylene. It is copolymerized with tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene by suspension method at 55 ~ 60 ℃, commonly known as F46. F46 has excellent mechanical properties, excellent chemical stability, weather resistance, electrical insulation and flame retardancy, low surface tension, and good adhesion with metal in a molten state. This material can be used for a long time at - 85 ~ 205 ℃. The service temperature of the pump made of this material can reach 150 ℃ (200 ℃).

Fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump - fluoroalloy

Fluorine alloy is prepared by physical method with the existing ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene propylene as the main raw material and directly mixed with tetrafluoroethylene and filler. It has the excellent properties of fluoroplastics, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation, and non-stick surface. The characteristics of fluoroplastic alloy are as follows: f50-1 has better high-temperature resistance and cheaper cost than F46; F50-2 has the excellent properties of polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) (it can be used for a long time at 250 ℃, resistant to various acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, and organic solvents, good electrical insulation, etc.), overcomes the disadvantages of poor cold fluidity and processability of F4, and can be sintered by hot pressing and cold pressing.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for occasions where the temperature is lower than 150 ℃, but the price is relatively high. PVDF is prepared by free radical polymerization of vinylidene fluoride with a molecular weight of up to 10. With excellent mechanical properties, it is the product with the highest mechanical strength in fluoroplastics and has excellent chemical stability and weather resistance. It is characterized by outstanding corrosion resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, and creep resistance. It can be formed by general thermoplastic processing methods, and its convenient processing performance is far inferior to that of other plastics. In addition to concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and a few organic solvents, it can resist more corrosive media. The wear resistance is second only to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and is better than other plastics. The temperature resistance is also high, and the service temperature of the pump made of this material can reach 120 ℃. PVDF plastic has good comprehensive properties.

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) has the same temperature resistance range, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance as F46.

Polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFE), commonly known as F3, has good processability and corrosion resistance, but low-temperature resistance.
