What's up, magnetic drive pump?

The magnetic drive pump is isolated and driven by a magnetic coupler, which is generally a rotary working pump. Half of the magnetic coupler (inner magnet) is installed on the pump shaft and sealed in the pump body with an isolation cover made of nonferromagnetic materials; The other half (outer magnet) is installed on the motor shaft and drives the inner magnet to rotate and drive the pump with magnetic force outside the isolation cover, so there is no leakage. The bearing is made of self-lubricating materials and lubricated with delivered liquid. It is suitable for conveying toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, and valuable liquids without particles. The pump adopts an independent lubrication system and is isolated from the delivered liquid. It is suitable for conveying materials containing particles and slurry and high-temperature liquid (450 ℃).

Structure of magnetic drive pump

The magnetic drive pump has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, national defense, and other industries. It is the ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare, and precious liquids and various corrosive liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment and filters. It is suitable for transporting certain lubricating fluids without solid particles and fibers in the process flow of all industries. Stainless steel gear pump can be selected for corrosive or sanitary occasions.

Components of magnetic drive pump

(1) The pump body, impeller, and ordinary pump are basically the same, which plays the purpose of working on the fluid and collecting and transporting the fluid after working.

(2) Cylindrical magnetic coupling is composed of inner and outer magnetic rotors and isolation sleeves. It plays the purpose of transmitting force or torque in space. It is the key transmission component in the magnetic pump.

(3) The sliding bearing and thrust bearing support and axially limit the rotor components composed of impeller, pump shaft, and internal magnetic rotor. It is the key component of the magnetic pump. Its performance directly affects the service life of the magnetic pump.

(4) The main connecting piece is the connecting and supporting component in the magnetic pump. It mainly plays the role of connection and positioning.

(5) The bearing suspension components support the drive shaft driving the external magnetic rotor. It only exists in non-direct structure.

(6) The prime mover is usually an electric motor. Power the magnetic pump.

Taicang Magnetic Centrifugal Pump Co., Ltd. was born in 1979. It cooperated with Shanghai Chemical Design Institute to form a unique core research project with magnetic drive pump, and achieved great success. It has become the first company in China to comprehensively design and produce magnetic drive pump. Today, Taicang magnetic centrifugal pump Co., Ltd. has become a leading manufacturer of magnetic drive pumps in China, with many patents and 12 utility model patents.
