The design of double anti-leakage protection makes the pump completely prevent the medium from leaking into the atmosphere.
With our own technology of hydraulic model, pump’s performance improves 3 % to 8 %, comparing to regular hydraulic model.
Pump’s body which supporting sliding bearing has a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate. This reduces the degree of pump body’s deformation and make pump’s operation safer and more reliable.
Magnetic pump’s operation is reliable for its double supporting structure of sliding bearings. Till now, single-cover plate form is applied for double supporting structure of sliding bearing, while we apply double-over plate form. For double cover plate, there are two covers in front of the body and at the back of the pump body with a strengthen structure. This increase pump torque and strengthen pump body stability while transferring high temperature medium and ensure pump safe operating.
Pump’s shell and pump body are coated with fluororesin, high polymer plastics, reinforced carbon fiber and PEEK. These enhance the plastic layer’s intensity, temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, preventing steel and plastic from peeling off, comparing to single resin. This is an international advance technology.
The isolation sets are made of fluoroplastic with carbon reinforced fiber and PEEK. Comparing to single resin, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance. This prevents the pump from damaging by the friction between inner magnetic steel an isolation set. This makes the pump safer and more reliable.
Pump’s flow components are made of steel-plastic compound with reinforced carbon fiber. The components’ strength, temperature resistance and deformation resistance are improved, comparing to single resin.
Currently, our company has developed isolated sleeve made of CF/PEEK. After pressure test, their pressure resistance exceeds 3Mpa.
With carbon fiber to reinforce PVDF, PEEK plastic, isolated sleeve has higher temperature resistance, abrasion resistant and high strength, comparing to single resin.
Pump’s overflow components are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Comparing to single resin, components’ intensity, temperature and deformation resistance are improved.
