Taicang Magnetic Pump Co., Ltd

The story of our company started in 1979, when we partnered with Shanghai Chemical Industry Design Institute to form a research and development program focused on magnetic drive pumps. This program was a success, and Taicang Magnetic Pump Company, Ltd became the professional company to design and produce magnetic drive pumps in China. After years of development and research, we're now the producer of magnetic drive pumps in China with 5 authorized invention patents, 15 utility model patents and 6 copyright works.

The Taicang IMC metal magnetic drive chemical pumps are built with stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, DDS, and Ti-alloy and IMC plastic magnetic drive chemical pumps are built with PEEK, PFA, PVDF, and ETFE. Products convey all kinds of chemical liquid.

The company is located at No. 11, South Chengxi Road, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, China. It has a land area of 20,500 square meters, a construction area of 14,200 square meters and 110 employees. The company has a magnetic pump R & D center and a college student workstation, which has close cooperation with many domestic colleges and universities.

Advanced Equipment

The factory has 4 CNC vertical machining centers, 8 CNC lathes, 2 CNC grinding machines, 3 CNC wire cutting machines, 1 laser welding machine, 1 robot welding machine, 1 CNC scribing machine, 50HZ, 60HZ available 1 set of conversion pump test equipment, 1 set of far infrared metal element detector, 1 set of material chemical analyzer and other advanced equipment.

Our company passed ISO 9001 standard in 2000, and our brand 'TianXiang', achieved Golden Award at the exposition of International Invention & Patent & New Technology product in Tianjin in 2002. In July 2003, we got the production patent license from State Bureau of Technical Supervision(CSBTS), since the IMC carbon-reinforced plastic magnetic driving pump was awarded as a provincial high technology product by Chinese Jiangsu Province's Academy of Sciences in 1999. Thereby the IMC plastic magnetic driving pump being awarded as Jiangsu Provincial High-tech product in 2006. In 2007 we are appointed as High-technology enterprise by the Science and Technology Bureau of Jiangsu province. At the same time, our brand was awarded as Provincial Famous Brand by Jiangsu Administration for Industry and Commerce. The plastic magnetic driving pump was proposed as one of the 'China Torch High-Techonology Development Programs' and the award of 'National Innovation Technology Fund'. In 2011 the company is confirmed as one of the most Important Enterprises of National Torch Program Projects by the Ministry of science and Technology in China.

Through long-term exploration and practice, continuous technological advancement and innovation, the company has become an enterprise specializing in the production of magnetic pumps with multiple varieties and materials.
