Magnetic drive pump is a kind of machine for conveying liquid. It transfers the mechanical energy from the prime mover to the conveyed liquid in the pump in a certain way, so as to increase the energy of the liquid. The vane magnetic drive pump relies on the magnetic coupling (magnetic coupling drive) to drive the impeller to rotate continuously, transfer the energy to the transported liquid, increase its speed (kinetic energy) and pressure energy (potential energy) (mainly the speed), and then reduce its speed to convert most of the kinetic energy into pressure energy, so as to realize the transportation after the pressure of the transported liquid increases. Vane magnetic drive pumps mainly include magnetic drive centrifugal pump and magnetic drive vortex pump.
The magnetic drive centrifugal pump is designed according to the centrifugal pump in the vane pump, but the magnetic drive principle is adopted in the driving form. Because the working principle of centrifugal magnetic drive pump is the same as that of centrifugal pump, it mainly depends on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of one or several impellers to transport fluid, so it is called magnetic drive centrifugal pump. There are some differences between magnetic driven centrifugal pump and centrifugal pump. Magnetic driven centrifugal pump is designed and reformed on the basis of the original centrifugal pump. Except for different driving forms and sealing forms, its structure and principle are basically the same.

It can directly replace the original vertical (centrifugal) pipeline pump. The installation size is exactly the same as that of the vertical (centrifugal) pipeline pump, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
Filling type magnetic drive centrifugal pump
The filling type magnetic drive centrifugal pump needs to fill the medium of the starting pump before the pump is started, which is also called filling pump. After filling the pump for a short time to fill the room with medium (liquid), it can be started and put into normal operation. If the pump chamber is not filled with medium (liquid), cavitation will occur during start-up and operation, which may cause production and equipment accidents in serious cases.
