The high-temperature magnetic pump is a kind of non-contact torque transmission through magnetic driver (magnetic coupling), so as to replace the dynamic seal with a static seal, so as to make the pump completely leak-free.
(1) Ferromagnetic impurities and particles are not allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pair. (2) After transporting the medium easy to crystallize or precipitate, it shall be cleaned in time (inject clean water into the pump cavity after stopping the pump and release it after running for 1min), so as to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing. (3) When conveying the medium containing solid particles, it shall be filtered at the inlet of the flow pipe of the pump.
(1) The magnetic torque cannot be designed too small. (2) It shall operate under the specified temperature conditions, and the medium temperature is strictly prohibited to exceed the standard. Platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the isolation sleeve of the magnetic pump to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, so as to alarm or shut down when the temperature exceeds the standard.
(1) Idling is strictly prohibited. (2) Do not empty the medium. (3) When the outlet valve is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump shall not exceed 2min to prevent the magnetic actuator from overheating and failure.
Because there is a certain system in the magnetic pump chamber and the magnetic pump adopts "static bearing", this series of pumps can not be used in systems with pressure, and neither positive pressure nor negative pressure is feasible.
If the liquid conveyed is a medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, it shall be cleaned in time after use to discharge the accumulated liquid in the pump.
After 1000 hours of the normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected, and the vulnerable parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced.
If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be installed at the inlet of the pump; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be installed.
The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be lower than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 ℃.
The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of pump materials. The service temperature of the engineering plastic pump is less than 60 ℃, the service temperature of the metal pump is less than 100 ℃, and the liquid without hard particles and fibers is transported. The suction pressure is not more than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg / m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30x10-6m2 / s.
