1. The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate.
2. The material of centrifugal magnetic pump's wearing parts is tungsten carbide.
3. Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability.
4. Energy & cost savings.
1. Easy maintenance. If the magnetic pump is damaged, it can be repaired on site by replacing parts.
The canned pump needs to be returned to the original factory for repair. This brings troubles in transportation and defects such as long repair cycle. It also affects production and requires the use of spare pumps to resume production.
2. The pump shaft of the canned pump is longer than that of the magnetic pump.
3. The magnetic pump can operate for a long time without replacing wearing parts.
4. The isolation sleeve is made of Hastelloy with a thickness of 1-1.2mm. Therefore, the magnetic pump has high reliability and high efficiency.
