The key parts of a Magnetic drive consist of an outer Magnetic rotor, inner Magnetic rotor, and non-Magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer Magnetic rotor to rotate, the Magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-Magnetic material, and drive the inner Magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously to realize the contactless transmission of power and convert the power. The seal becomes a static seal. Since the pump shaft and the inner Magnetic rotor are completely surrounded by the pump body and isolation sleeve, it can solve the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping and leaking", avoiding the leakage of flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful media, and the refining and chemical industries are eliminated by the pump seal, thus reducing safety hazards. (4) pump idle without liquid, will lead to rotor parts, pump body heating, once not get cooled down, due to thermal expansion and contraction will easily cause part of the gap (such as sealing ring) bite.
