Structure of suspension type. Support point of sliding bearing, load torque and torsion are in distance piece of joint. Because of the shield and coupling on the pump, it does not need to remove the motor and pipes when maintain the pump, it just needs to uninstall coupling, distance piece and bolts.
With the same installation size of IS and IH centrifugal pump, it is compatible and interchangeable. Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve and thrust bearing are much bigger, safe and reliable.
Shroud of IMC chemical process pump using cross section of stainless steel, Hastelloy alloys, PEEK enhanced by carbide fiber and so on. It improved the efficiency on transmission of magnetic.
With advanced hydraulic model, the isolation sets are made of Hastelloy and titanium alloys, which improved pumps' performance 8% to 12%.

Magnetic pump is a kind of magnetic actuator (magnetic coupling) to achieve contactless torque transmission, so as to replace the dynamic seal with static seal, so that the pump to achieve a completely leak-free. As the pump shaft, the inner magnetic rotor is completely enclosed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping, leaking" and eliminating the safety hazard of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump in the oil refining and chemical industry.
1. Prevent particles from entering. Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities particles into the magnetic drive and bearing friction.
2. To flush in time after conveying the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate.
3. When conveying media containing solid particles, filter at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.
4. Prevent demagnetization.
5. It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to exceed the temperature of the medium.

Magnetic pump is a kind of magnetic actuator (magnetic coupling) to achieve contactless torque transmission, so as to replace the dynamic seal with static seal, so that the pump to achieve a completely leak-free. As the pump shaft, the inner magnetic rotor is completely enclosed by the pump body and the isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problem of "running, bubbling, dripping, leaking" and eliminating the safety hazard of flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaking through the pump in the oil refining and chemical industry.
1. Prevent particles from entering. Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities particles into the magnetic drive and bearing friction.
2. To flush in time after conveying the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate.
3. When conveying media containing solid particles, filter at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.
4. Prevent demagnetization.
5. It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to exceed the temperature of the medium.
