The pump's design conforms to ISO2858.
Overflow components are made of 304, 316, 316L, titanium etc. There is a shaft coupling in the magnetic drive centrifugal pump. For reparation, there is no need to disassemble pipes or motor.

Not all pumps can handle harsh substances. Because a magnetic drive centrifugal pump has no mechanical seal that could be affected by strong chemicals, this pump style is ideal for handling tough chemical applications. And this resistance to chemicals increases plant safety, particularly for system operators and technicians.
It can run in the low temperature environment.
The chemical magnetic pump has small flow capacity, but high lift. When flow changes, the pump's lift sustains. When transfer high temperature medium, there is no need for a cooling case. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished Impeller passage.

2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate.
3.Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve, thrust bearing are pump's wearing parts.
4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability.
5.Impeller's channel is polished and grinded which could improve magnetic pump's performance by 3% to 12 %.
