The pump's design conforms to ISO2858.

Overflow components are made of 304, 316, 316L, titanium etc. There is shaft coupling in the pump. For reparation, disassemble shaft coupling and there is no need to disassemble pipes or motor.

High lift: 30-165m

Highest operating temperature: 400 ℃

To transfer organic chemical medium or acid medium.

It can run in the low temperature environment.

Features

The chemical magnetic pump has small flow capacity, but high lift. When flow changes, the pump's lift sustains. There is no need for a cooling case when transfer high temperature medium.


1.With our own technology of hydraulic model, pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %.


2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate.


3.Sliding bearing, shaft sleeve, thrust bearing are made of tungsten carbide. There is no need to replace these components.


4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability.


5.The company's original technology PEEK isolation sets with carbon fiber reinforced makes the metal magnetic pump without eddy current loss and achieves the same efficiency as the mechanical seal pump.


6.Impeller's channel is polished and grinded. This improves magnetic pump's performance by 3% to 12 %.

The design of a magnetic drive pump makes it long-lasting and reliable. Applications that involve the transfer of harsh chemicals, exposure to extreme temperatures, the potential of running dry, and other challenges do not faze these pumps. Operators can count on a magnetic drive pump to run reliably over the long haul.
