Shaft coupling is needed to transfer high temperature medium. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished impeller passage.
1.When using our own technology of hydraulic model, chemical no leakage gear magnetic drive pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %.
2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate.
3.Magnetic drive pumps wearing parts are sliding bearing, shaft sleeve and thrust bearing. It is not necessary to replace these components.
4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy. This kind of material has low magnetic permeability. With Hastelloy stretch forming, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance than those of welding.
5.Impeller's channel is polished and grinded. This techonology improves chemical no leakage gear magnetic drive pump's performance by 3% to 12 %.
