A shaft coupling is needed to transfer high temperature medium. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished impeller passage.
1.With our own technology of hydraulic model, magnetic pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %.
2.The components for sliding bearing have a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate. Comparing to single-cover plate, this structure reduces the degree of magnetic pump body's deformation and make magnetic pump's operation safer and more reliable.
3.The material of wearing parts are tungsten carbide. This design helps magnetic pump operate stably for a long time. There is no need to replace these components. Only few manufacturers will apply these settings.
4.Isolation sets are made of Hastelloy which has low magnetic permeability. With Hastelloy stretch forming, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance than those of welding.
