Magnetic centrifugal pump's flow is small, but lift is large. To transfer high temperature medium, a shaft coupling is needed. The operating performance is improved by hydraulic model, Hastelloy isolation cover and polished Impeller passage.
(1) With our own technology of hydraulic model, magnetic centrifugal pump's performance improves 3 % to 8 %, comparing to regular hydraulic model. This technology reaches an advanced world level.
(2) Stainless no leakage magnetic centrifugal pump's body which supporting sliding bearing has a structure of double supporting and double-cover plate. This reduces the degree of pump body's deformation and make low flow magnetic centrifugal pump's operation more reliable.
