With requirement American standard of API685, isolated sleeve of stainless steel magnetic pump must be made of non-metal material to improve pump's effiency.
Currently, our company has developed isolated sleeve makinng of CF/PEEK. After pressure tset, pressure resistance of them exceed 3 Mpa. This makes the performance of metal magnetic pump close to non-metal magnetic pump, and only 1% to 2% lower than the mechanical seal pump, except strongly oxidizing medium, isolated sleeve with PEEK is able to take all kinds of medium. They are widely used in metal magnetic pumps. This technology filled in the blanks of the industry.

1. The high temperature magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, and the oil level of the lubricating oil in the cooling tank should be checked before driving. If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in time.
2. When the pumping liquid level is higher than the centerline of the fruit axis, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline should be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. The pump should be inspected before use. The rotation of the motor blade should be flexible, no jamming and abnormal sound, and the fasteners should be tightened.
4. Check whether the direction of rotation of the motor is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.
5. After the motor starts, open the discharge valve slowly, and then adjust the discharge valve to the required opening degree after the pump enters into normal working condition.
Before the pump stops working, close the discharge valve first, then cut off the power supply, and finally close the cooling water pipe valve.
