Structure type: suspension
When conveying high-temperature media, there is no need to bring a cooling box. The use of advanced hydraulic models and the rotational molding process of the pump casing improves the efficiency of the sealless magnetic drive pump.
The surface of the pump casing and the joint is lined with dovetail grooves, lined with various fluorine resins and polymer plastics. The pump shaft, impeller, isolating sleeve and inner magnetic steel components are made of reinforced carbon fiber and PEEK. These enhance the plastic layer's intensity, temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, preventing steel and plastic from peeling off, comparing to single resin.
The isolation sets are made of fluoroplastic with carbon reinforced fiber and PEEK. Comparing to single resin, isolation sets have better corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance. This prevents the magnetic drive pump from damaging by the friction between inner magnetic steel an isolation set. This makes the magnetic drive pump safer and more reliable.
Magnetic drive pump's flow components are made of steel-plastic compound with reinforced carbon fiber. The components' strength, temperature resistance, deformation resistance is improved.
